Tim grew up in Boston, MA with a strong interest in Real Estate from a young age. His Grandfather owned an apartment complex in Tim’s hometown and a Mountain in his native country of Italy. After graduating from Suffolk University in 2012 with a Business Degree, Tim moved to Manhattan and worked in technology start-up sales.
Before joining Rubicon in 2018, Tim worked for a National Real Estate firm for 2 years. Tim specializes in multi-tenant shopping centers throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, Texas and its surrounding states, with a strong focus on Collin and Dallas Counties.
Throughout his career, he has recognized that a strong relationship between the client and agent is the key behind every successful transaction. He continually builds integrity into his client relationships and has become a trusted advisor to his clients by delivering the results they have come to expect. His clients include various corporate and institutional clients, developers, and private wealth groups.
